It's reported that Vallourec, France-based global manufacturer of pipes and tubes announced that the company has merged with VAM Canada Inc which was a threaded connections manufacturer.
The new company will give new formation under name Vallourec Canada Inc of four locations with 66 total employees.
Meanwhile, the company has also decided the new location will be in Calgary; Nisku, Alberta; Paradise, Newfoundland and Burlington Ontario.
At the same time, the company's mission will expect to focus on the premium OCTG market especially into the North American market.
